What's Your Kind of Word?

Mine is fathom. Understand.

But for Liz Gilbert ( Julia Roberts) ...it's to marvel at things...food! gelato and spaghetti...Italy! After a painful divorce, after realizing that she isn't happy in her marriage and the emptiness of it all is eating her up, she left everything and venture on a new journey to the UNKNOWN. A journey to the "not familiar" places where she is alone and didn't know a single soul.  She wants to "find herself" again.

First stop? Rome!Where she practically just tasted everything. Savor the flavor of Italian food but of course with the new friends she made, the experience was simply breathtaking!

If you want to BE here, at this time, at this moment, you have to stop waiting for something to happen...or someone to come. This is what she learned. After watching her partaking every food there is to eat, I couldn't help but smile because I know at one point, I was her. I am a person who appreciates good cooking and Italian food is one of my favorites! To be able to taste all those oregano, basil and Italian spices in one palate? Simply heaven! Freeze!

The sweetness of doing nothing. We shouldn't wait for somebody to tell us that we need the break, and that we deserve it Ruin is a gift and the road to transformation.

But life has to go on. Next stop? The busy and warm streets of India where everything is different. Indian culture is one thing you have to grasp hard. They are so cultivated into their traditions. Sometimes even difficult to accept.

Meditating became a challenge for Liz. But she simply has to learn to let go...and accept things as it is. Stop over-analyzing and stop asking WHY things happened. Learn to forgive. Learn to forgive one self. This is the challenge she has to face.

Then she went back to Bali where she met Felipe ( Javier Bardem). She was just enjoying every moment with Felipe and never thinking that one day, she will find love again. The feeling was mutual but the fear of falling in love and getting her heart broken again was what's holding her back. She doesn't have the luxury at this point. She had come this far and just to stumble once again isn't a risk she is willing to take.

But a friend told her that she needs to live! She needs to cross over and learn to forgive her own realities. And this she did in the end. Happiness isn't a goal nor a destination. We just have to leartn to let go and be free.

Vocal Men are just for Movies...Sad

I know. It's so sad. Come to think of it, they are acting right? I am talking about the Vocal Men...Actors! And they are just saying the words on the script which so happen to be written by a woman. Are screen writers for "cheesy" ( but holds a lot of truth) movies all women? They make those male lead very romantic in the sense. Now, this blog will sound so sexist and I do not want to come out as such to my ever followers ( if there are any of you out there :).

So MEN, time to defend yourselves! You have to win this battle for us! Be not afraid to fall and be hurt because of love. Try to live just a little bit and learn to put yourselves out there. Love is a battlefield as they say. You can be good at battle wars and strategic games over the Internet or computer, so what's your game plan on this one?

For songwriters, musicians and singer/artist, the women you dedicated your songs to are just plain LUCKY! Hear them out ladies! For a moment there, we want to trade places. Bruno Mars for example with his new hit single, Just The Way You Are hits us like a tornado...make us imagine Bruno Mars himself singing that song to us. How romantic!

I just wish that this wouldn't be a mere wishing-on-an-airplane-to-be-a-shooting-star kind of thing...Make it happen for us! So, are you up for the challenge? Hear! Hear!

Nuffnang: Celebrity Couple -- Robsten

I am unsure whether this entry have the criteria that the couple should be married or what but I can still wish right? I can wish that they can be a real couple.

I am talking about the two main characters in the movie/book Saga: Twilight Saga --- Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. Whether its off or on camera, one cannot deny their awesome chemistry! They know how to keep the mystery intact. Whether or not they are a real couple, for now,  that question keeps the fans on the edge of their seats! Waiting for them to slip up and admit the status of their relationship. But no matter what it is, whenever they are together, they simply just light up.

Every smile and every look they give to each other...just smoldering them but they seem to handle it pretty well under the constant limelight and the constant hovering of press and camera. I can be blind or chooses to be but in every picture I see of them together...the picture just comes to light and just tells you all you need to know! As they say, their picture just speaks a thousand words and sending the message ---- "There is just something in there!"

The movie they are both in as Bella and Edward inspires a lot of single people, girls most especially, to never give up on finding ones true mate...their own Edward. Perhaps, esynchrony can help you put yourself out there. Let esynchrony pave the way to finding the Edward in your life!

The Good Life: Tasty Food and Great Company

Tasty food . Great company. The Good life!

There is nothing more solid than to dine out with the people that matters the most...your family. These days, we cannot take that for granted. I always appreciate a good restaurant with the sumptuous food at the most reasonable price ever.

I am actually talking about Roma Mia. I am always a fan of Italian cooking. My steak is tender and juicy...perfectly grilled and delectably flavored . Then my Mushroom and Spinach Dip tastes great! Mozzarella cheese! Plus, their all-you-can-drink blended ice tea! Yummy!

Do I make you hungry? I have always want to be a foodie blogger. I think it's the best job ever!

For every food I taste, there is always a story behind it. This time, over food I got the chance to open up to my husband about a question that has been bothering me for quite some time. I seemed to get my answer in the process. It felt good for the first time in a long time.

All because of great tasting food! A great conversation over Italian food earned a mark in my calendar. I hope you had a good weekend everyone. :)

Talk About Doppelganger: The Vampire Diaries Season 2 Premiere

Love truly sucks! I mean literally. Talk about being busted twice all in the same night by the two seemingly-the same-different person. Let the doppelganger game begins. In Katherine's words " Game On"...credits roll.

This summarizes the season 2 premiere of the much anticipated The Vampire Diaries . And it didn't disappoint at all. So what happened? Katherine happened. Wolves finally are in the house! When there are vampires, there a sighting of werewolves close by. They should be. What I didn't anticipate was the passing of Caroline. Is this her last episode so to speak? Poor Matt. But wait, I think early on we saw that Caroline drank the blood of Stefan right? So what's next? Her turning into a vampire??? All that blood on her fashionable clothes!

The highlight. Well, apart from the action packed , speedy battle scenes of the two hot vampires ( Damon being the hottest,of course) and Katherine, Damon's heart got broken twice in one night! The awful truth: Damon was in love with Katherine and at present in love with Elena too but both are in love with Stefan! Both girls shouted their heart's desire. "It was always been Stefan". " I'm in love with Stefan". My heart gave out to him. Come on! Enough! ( I apologize for being emotional! )

The question. What is Katherine doing now? Why is she here? That , we have to find out! Can't wait for next week! XOXO
